The following organizations are using Genetic MapCreator to facilitate their on-going research.

• The Fish Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology Laboratory, Department of Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures Program of Cell and Molecular Biosciences, Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama

• INRA-University of Minnesota porcine Radiation Hybrid (IMpRH) map

  A collaboration between the University of Minnesota and INRA, Laboratoire de Genetique Cellulaire was established to produce a whole e genome radiation hybrid map of the swine genome. The radiation hybrid panel was constructed at INRA, while the map was produced at the University of Minnesota. This map contains over 750 markers consisting of both microsatellites and known genes/ESTs.

• DogMap

  DogMap is an international collaboration between 46 labs from 20 different countries towards a low resolution canine marker map under the auspices of the International Society for Animal Genetics (ISAG).

• University of Minnesota Turkey Genome Project
